By accessing this website, you hereby accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use:

  1. PRIVACY POLICY: You accept the Privacy Policy and agree to all of its provisions.

  2. RETURN /REPLACEMENT POLICY

    • You may submit a return request within 7 days of delivery (Bottles with any manufacturing defects and damages due to transportation are only Acceptable).
    • Carry Your Bottle guarantees to replace the item purchased on our website if and only if there is any manufacturing defect or transportation damages, providing you return it to us by post in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt.
    • You are responsible for return shipping fees. The bottle must not be used and should be in the same condition as it was received. Product must be returned in the original box or packaging.
    • It may take 7 - 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return to be delivered back to us (depending on your location and which postal service you use).
    • Once we receive your return parcel, it will take 7 working days to investigate and process (excluding weekends and public holidays).


    HOW TO RETURN

    • Step 1: Email is at contact@carryyourbottle.com, providing your name, order number (e.g. #1001), and reason for return.
    • Step 2: We will verify your request and ask you to send the bottles to the mentioned address.
    • Return Address: House no.294, ( Opp. Villa Blanche Restaurant ) Socol Waddo , Assagao, Bardez –Goa - 403513
    • You are responsible for return shipping fees
    • Step 3: Pack the bottle you need to return in a securely sealed shipping package with your order number (e.g. #1001) and the reason for return attached on a separate piece of paper inside the parcel also please mention the shipping address. Otherwise, the replacement may be delayed.
    • Step 4: Contact local courier and let us know the tracking number via Support.
    • Currently, we do not offer to pick up service.


    NOTE

    • Bottles with negligible scratches/dents are not allowed to be returned or exchanged.
    • We use extrusion process to manufacture the bottles, In this process negligible scratches/dents are quite common. Where the product is not damaged and it will not affect any of the health benefits.
    • Please do put a paper with your order number and reason for return in the package otherwise, the Replacement process may be delayed.
    • If bottle is having an Issue with the cap then only cap replacement will be offered but not bottle.
    • Used bottles or deep fridge broken bottles will not be replaced.
    • Once Paid Amount will not be Refunded.

  3. SHIPPING

    WE ARE HEADQUARTERED IN GOA AND FULFILL ORDERS FROM OUR WAREHOUSE THERE.

    WE TRY OUR BEST TO SHIP THE ORDERS IMMEDIATELY BUT AT TIMES IT MAY NEED 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE TIME YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH A FEDEX OR DHL TRACKING NUMBER UPON SHIPMENT.

    You agree that all of Carry Your Bottle Pvt Ltd trademarks, trade names, service marks and other logos and brand features, and product names are the property of Carry Your Bottle Pvt Ltd (the “Carry Your Bottle Pvt Ltd Marks”). Without Carry Your Bottle Pvt Ltd prior permission, you agree not to display or use in any manner the Carry Your Bottle Pvt Ltd Marks.
  7. DISPUTES RESOLUTION
    Any disputes regarding Carry Your Bottle Pvt Ltd products, services or any other matter involving Carry Your Bottle Pvt. Ltd. will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of GOA.
