Currently we are not offering any cancellations on our website for the orders placed. But we do replace the bottles to our customer if and only if there is any manufacturing defect or transportation damages. Please find the replacement policy below.
- You may submit a return request within 7 days of delivery (Bottles with any manufacturing defects and damages due to transportation are only Acceptable).
- Carry Your Bottle guarantees to replace the item purchased on our website if and only if there is any manufacturing defect or transportation damages, providing you return it to us by post in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt.
- You are responsible for return shipping fees. The bottle must not be used and should be in the same condition as it was received. Product must be returned in the original box or packaging.
- It may take 7 - 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your return to be delivered back to us (depending on your location and which postal service you use).
- Once we receive your return parcel, it will take 7 working days to investigate and process (excluding weekends and public holidays).
HOW TO RETURN
- Step 1: Use Support to contact us, providing your name, order number (e.g. #1001), and reason for return.
- Step 2: We will verify your request and ask you to send the bottles to the mentioned address.

- You are responsible for return shipping fees
- Step 3: Pack the bottle you need to return in a securely sealed shipping package with your order number (e.g. #1001) and the reason for return attached on a separate piece of paper inside the parcel also please mention the shipping address. Otherwise, the replacement may be delayed.
- Step 4: Contact local courier and let us know the tracking number via Support.
- Currently, we do not offer to pick up service.
- Bottles with negligible scratches/dents are not allowed to be returned or exchanged.
- We use extrusion process to manufacture the bottles, In this process negligible scratches/dents are quite common. Where the product is not damaged and it will not affect any of the health benefits.
- Please do put a paper with your order number and reason for return in the package otherwise, the Replacement process may be delayed.
- If bottle is having an Issue with the cap then only cap replacement will be offered but not bottle.
- Used bottles or deep fridge broken bottles will not be replaced.
- Once Paid Amount will not be Refunded.
