Shipping & Warranty

  • Order details, order procession and expected delivery of the product will be updated to you by email and sms.
  • Most of our products are in stock and are shipped in 2-3 working days from you placing the order.
  • You should expect the product to reach you within 7 working days.
  • Delivery time: 1-4 weeksfrom the date of order. Delivery normally happens with a week, but may take longer for some unseen circumstance, holidays, govt holiday, natural causes, strikes or any other cause.
  • If no one is available to receive the package, it may be left at front door or it would be returned to origin.
  • Our shipping methods are only as accurate as the information that we are given. Please verify all of your shipping and billing information when placing your order. It is your responsibility to verify that your address is complete and accurate. Please make sure to include your apartment, suite, unit, room or space number to ensure proper and timely delivery of your order. All orders will be shipped to the address listed on the confirmation page of the order.
  • Once your order has shipped and the carrier has generated a tracking number, you will be emailed the tracking information.


    • All bottles come with 6 months warranty towards manufacturing defects
    • The warranty does not cover damages due to misuse of the product and wear & tear in the natural course of product usage.
    • No warranty will be provided if the bottles are kept in the freezer.

    • If case an incorrect or damaged product is delivered, then please return the product within 7 days after confirmation.
    • All products to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
    • We do not send refund of the amount paid to us.
    • Never send back a product without informing us and taking a confirmation. Items returned without our confirmation will not be eligible for any replacements.
    • Always report any and all problems associated with a single order/package delivery at the same time. Be as specific as possible when describing the problem, as all returned products are examined for defects / variations.
    • Carry your bottle™ will not be responsible for return the money which you have paid for shipping to send the parcel back.
    • As safe delivery to you is our responsibility ensure that you return the product in a responsible way. Send through reliable courier agency only and forward the tracking details to us and keep the airway bill till it gets delivered to us.

    Terms and conditions

    • If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we send it.
    • Once order was generated, you cannot amend/change your address information so before confirming the order kindly verifies your shipping and billing information.
    • Each product sold through Carry Your Bottle™ is under warranty. If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it, contact us for return / replacement as indicated in the warranty information. We will review the case and assist you with best resolution.
    • Claims of the nature of 'Buyer remorse' (i.e. instances where products are bought by the Buyer by mistake or where the Buyer chooses to change his/her mind with regard to the product purchased by him/her) will not be entertained through this policy.
    • If Carry Your Bottle™   has suspicion or knowledge that any of its Buyer are involved in any activity that is intended to provide claims or information that is false, misleading or not genuine, then Seller may while reserving its rights to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against such Buyer and may also at its sole discretion suspend, block, restrict, cancel the user id of such Buyer and/or disqualify that Buyer from availing protection through this policy.
